Q: I am currently remodeling 2 bathrooms, right now I have kidsbathroom with a bathtub/shower combo ( they never use it ) They are always in my Bathroom using tthe shower.....Husband wants to change this to two showers only ( no tub)..no one ever uses the tub maybe 10 times yr. how much will this affect the resaleability of not having a bathtub in the house. If I do re instll a bathtub do I put it in my Master bath with a shower combo? or keep it in the kids bath ( one main reason they use our shower is it is bigger space and shower head is a blaster- nice, other shower head is weak. please help as i have to make purchases soon
A: First is your Master bath big enough to have a tub and shower without compromising the size of the shower your use to? If so than I would change it to an air tub and shower. You can have the benefits for re-sale and also make a large shower for the kids. If you don't have room in the master, try giving the kids the air tub w/ a new larger shower head. I will bet that they use it than. also do the kids play sports or do either you or your husband have any ailments? I ask because the BainUltra air tubs give you a true theraputic massage and their very clean, low maintnance! I would though have at least 1 tub.
