A: Go to a paint store and find the color of the house, use a Paint Wheel to determine the accent color for the shutter. Typically its on the opposite side of the wheel. You'll still have a wide range of colors to pick from but it should still allow it not to clash with body color of the house. The other thing is to look at house mags and see if you can find one close to your house color to get some examples. The other thing is to have someone hold up the ones to make sure that the color you want. If you don't mount them, the store may let you return them for a different color.
